Since 2022, we've built and managed creative assets for Karl Malone Auto Group, supporting over $500,000 in annual ad spend across over 12 powersports and automotive dealerships in 8 states. In 2025, we executed a brand refresh to unify that network under a single identity. With dealers spread across multiple states and categories, the visual and messaging gaps were showing. We brought everything into alignment so the group reads as one brand regardless of which lot you're standing on.

We repositioned "The Mailman Delivers" as a brand promise that runs through every touchpoint: reliability, follow-through, the dealer experience. The brand credibility was there, we just needed to expand upon it . The refresh drove measurable results across the network: increased website traffic, stronger sales, and a more consistent brand presence.
